Andy Narrai, Chief Operating Officer

Andy brings more than 20 years of advertising and marketing experience to his role at Scheibel Halaska. He has a proven record of helping clients capture market share through innovative planning and execution of strategic advertising and public relations campaigns.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Andy leads a team of talented marketing communications professionals dedicated to producing superior brand-based communication programs for clients that market a wide range of products and services.

Prior to joining the organization, Andy was director of display advertising for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, where he designed and implemented programs to enhance advertising effectiveness through a consultative approach to account management. He also was account services director for Abrazo Multicultural Marketing and Communication, where he provided tactical and strategic oversight on a variety of engagements.

Andy has added to his career experience through extensive participation in professional and civic organizations. He is currently the national treasurer of the American Advertising Federation and sits on the board of directors for that organization. Andy has also served on several community and educational boards and committees including those of the United Way, the American Diabetes Association and the Eisner American Museum of Advertising and Design.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also holds a Master of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Marquette University.
